By registering, you confirm that you are physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and during all subsequent use of the Service. You must provide a valid Indonesian residential address and possess a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) for verification purposes.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You represent that you are not under any legal disability, restriction, or prohibition that would prevent you from accepting these Terms or using the Service.
Each User may register and maintain only one (1) Account with taq4d. Creating multiple Accounts, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Service. We employ advanced fraud detection systems to identify and prevent multi-accounting.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your Account profile immediately if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for Account suspension or termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify taq4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. You remain liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you provide written notice of unauthorized access to our customer support team.
taq4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. To comply with international gaming regulations and Indonesian anti-fraud standards, all Users must complete KYC verification before making their first Withdrawal. We reserve the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including before processing Deposits if suspicious activity is detected.

KYC verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours of document submission during business hours (09:00-23:00 WIB). taq4d supports Deposits and Withdrawals through the following Indonesian financial institutions and e-wallet services: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers.
Minimum Deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 25,000 (e-wallets) to Rp 50,000 (bank transfers). Maximum Deposit amounts per transaction range from Rp 10,000,000 (e-wallets) to Rp 50,000,000 (major banks). Daily, weekly, and monthly Deposit limits may apply based on your Account status and responsible gaming settings.
Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed instantly and reflect in your Account balance within seconds to minutes. E-wallet Deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are also processed in real-time. Deposits made outside banking hours or during public holidays may experience delays of up to 15-30 minutes. taq4d does not charge Deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.
To request a Withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified, you must have completed the wagering requirements for any active Bonuses, and the Withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold (typically Rp 50,000). Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your KTP. We do not process Withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Standard Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified Accounts, depending on payment method and verification status. First-time Withdrawals may require additional security review and take up to 48 hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically completed within 1-6 hours during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). E-wallet Withdrawals may take 15-60 minutes. We reserve the right to delay or decline Withdrawals if fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations are suspected.
taq4d does not charge Withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may impose interbank transfer fees or receiving charges beyond our control. Expedited Withdrawal requests (processed within 1 hour) may incur a service fee of 2% of the Withdrawal amount, subject to availability.
All Bonuses offered by taq4d are subject to specific terms and conditions, including minimum Deposit requirements, wagering requirements (also known as turnover or playthrough requirements), game contribution percentages, maximum Bet limits, and validity periods. These specific terms are displayed on the promotion page and in your Account dashboard when you activate a Bonus.
Wagering requirements represent the total amount you must wager before Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus play can be withdrawn. For example, a 100% Deposit Bonus up to Rp 5,000,000 with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager Rp 150,000,000 (30 times the Bonus amount) before Withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements apply to the Bonus amount only unless otherwise stated.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Refer to the specific Bonus terms for detailed contribution percentages.
Creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Users, placing opposing Bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or employing any other strategy to exploit Bonuses constitutes Bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in Bonus abuse will be immediately closed, all Bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and Deposits may be returned minus administrative fees.
You may voluntarily forfeit an active Bonus at any time through your Account settings. Forfeiting a Bonus will remove the Bonus balance and any winnings derived from Bonus play, leaving only your original Deposit balance (if applicable). Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period, typically 14-30 days from activation.
All Users must engage in fair and honest gameplay. Cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors or glitches, or any other form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) provided by licensed Game Providers. taq4d does not influence, manipulate, or control game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published by Game Providers and represent theoretical long-term statistical expectations, not guarantees of individual session results.
Sports Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body or league (e.g., FIFA for international football, PSSI for BRI Liga 1). In the event of postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, Bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Live in-play Bets may have delayed acceptance to account for real-time event changes.
In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, Bet settlements, or Account transactions, taq4d's decision based on system logs and Game Provider records is final. If an obvious error occurs (such as incorrect odds display, duplicate transaction processing, or technical malfunction), we reserve the right to void affected Bets and correct Account balances accordingly.

If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Account, place Bets, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. Games are provided by licensed third-party Game Providers. While we select reputable partners, we are not liable for defects, errors, or malfunctions in third-party software. To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, taq4d's total liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and materials available through the Service are owned by or licensed to taq4d or our Game Providers and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Service content without express written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration procedures.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within thirty (30) days. Accounts with zero balance for ninety (90) consecutive days may be automatically closed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. Upon termination, Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus play will be forfeited. Deposited funds may be returned to your verified bank account or e-wallet minus any outstanding fees or charges.
